Most classes run about 50-60 minutes, including warm-up and cool-down. The workout is structured so you get a full-body session without spending hours in the gym. You’ll leave sweaty, stronger, and energized.
No—getting in shape is the point of starting. Our coaches guide you step-by-step and help you choose modifications so you can begin at your current fitness level. Consistency matters more than being “ready.”
For most people, 3–5 days per week works well depending on goals and recovery. If you’re new, start with 3 days/week and build from there. We’d rather you train consistently than go too hard and burn out.
No problem—there are always options. We can modify exercises for knees, back, shoulders, or any limitations, and we’ll adjust weights and ranges of motion as needed. You’ll still get a great workout and keep progressing.
