Each class mimics the actual race format: 1km run followed by 1 workout, repeated 8 times.

You’ll alternate between these and 1km runs throughout the class.

Each session is around 50 minutes long.
We include a warm-up, full workout, and cool-down.

Comfortable workout clothes, water, and a good attitude.
(And maybe a towel—you’ll definitely sweat.)

It adds variety and builds strength, speed, and conditioning—without burning you out.
