You’ll work through strength blocks using dumbbells, kettlebells, squat racks/trap bars (as programmed), sleds, and functional movements. We focus on quality reps, controlled intensity, and progression over time.

Yes—workouts are scaled to your fitness level. Coaches demo movements and offer modifications for knees/back/shoulders so you can start safely and build momentum.
For weight loss, 3–5 days/week is common. If you’re new, start with 3 and build up; consistency matters more than intensity.
We offer multiple class times morning/evening. Most members pick 3 set days per week so it fits work/family.
